Pros and cons of Sandless refinishing: It’s a moderate process. It’s faster and cheaper than traditional sanding. It takes off less of the wood’s top layer, but there may still be some dust. This method can’t fix deep scratches and dents, and staining isn’t possible.

Many people use this service every few years to protect their floors and avoid refinishing. Recoating is a great way to maintain your floors and save money over time.
Recoating doesn’t fix deep scratches or dents and doesn’t change the floor’s color.
